Morgid Distribution serves retail shops in and around Sialkot. We buy stock from our brand partners, hold it in our own warehouse, and move it to shops through our order takers and delivery riders.
We started with a small van and a handful of shops that were tired of missing deliveries and changing prices. What we sold was reliability: the right cartons, at the rate we quoted, on the day we promised.
As the shop list grew, so did the discipline behind it. Today every order passes through the same path — recorded by the order taker, approved by the office, packed and scanned in the warehouse, then delivered and confirmed by the rider.
Our brand partners get their own private reporting, our shops get clear balances, and our team gets a system that tells them exactly what to do next.
Retail rates are set in the office and applied to every shop. Order takers cannot change a rate on their own.
Stock in, stock out, payments and balances are all entered by the person who handled them, with full history.
